Terms of service are a commercial document, not a design artifact, and nothing stands in for one here. Email contact@audiologymate.com and you will get the current position in writing.

Already committed publicly
- No setup or implementation fee.
- $350 AUD per audiologist per month, including 2 staff logins. Each further login $100, external accountant or bookkeeper seats $50. Every figure excludes GST.
- No per-clinic or per-location fee.
- 12 months billed as 11 when the year is paid up front.
- No per-patient fee, and no charge for client portal accounts.
- No margin taken on payment processing; Stripe and Square fees are theirs.
- No exit fee. Audiograms export as NOAH standard XML, letters as RTF, the rest as CSV.
